📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and event logistics.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they meet the event's requirements.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest information, and feedback.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during events.,Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized event space.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet event planning and execution.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Proficient in using office software and event planning tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
