📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, and quality control.
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing housekeeping teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping software such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards for hotels.
