Berkah Budi Kebab is looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service and operations. As a Captain, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our restaurant's reputation for excellence. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Participate in regular meetings and team discussions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Experience with inventory management and ordering.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
