📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support the company's strategic objectives.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a leadership role preferred.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
