🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial company.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements.,Strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
