You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of coffee products.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee production and quality standards.,Familiarity with inventory management software.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
