In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and follow-up on overdue payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including customer statements, payment receipts, and aging reports.,Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.,Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the accounts receivable process.,Monitor and analyze accounts receivable metrics, such as days sales outstanding (DSO) and collection rates, to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable performance to management and stakeholders.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to payments and invoicing.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.,Proven track record of managing accounts receivable processes and achieving collection targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
