Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude,Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, including cash handling and inventory management,Process insurance claims and manage patient payments,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and patient information,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic's workspace,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care,Adhere to all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good mathematical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
