📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Represent the company at various events and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in sales and marketing is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
