📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Specialist as needed
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Indonesian recruitment practices and laws
• Knowledge of English is a plus
