📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse management best practices.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Implement and monitor warehouse management systems and technologies.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and technologies.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote and in-office teams.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
