📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and coordinate the daily delivery routes and schedules for the delivery team.Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with our customers' requirements.Monitor and maintain the condition of the delivery vehicles, ensuring that they are safe and in good working order.Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Train and mentor new drivers to ensure that they are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.Report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate authorities and ensure that all necessary actions are taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns that arise.Work closely with the operations team to ensure that our delivery operations are running smoothly and efficiently.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Excellent knowledge of the Semarang area, including traffic patterns, road conditions, and local regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.Familiarity with delivery software and systems, such as route planning and tracking tools.Commitment to safety, both on the road and in the workplace.Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as required.🛠️ Keahlian
