📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of bakery equipment,Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition,Train and mentor junior mechanics,Manage inventory of spare parts and tools,Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards,Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance schedules,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a bakery or similar environment,Proven track record of maintaining and repairing bakery equipment,Strong knowledge of bakery machinery and equipment,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
