📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily marine vessel operations and ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Manage vessel schedules and logistics, including fuel management, port calls, and crew assignments.
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Monitor vessel performance using GPS tracking systems and other vessel management software.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs, crew schedules, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of marine operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine operations or a related field.
• Certification in Marine Operations or a related field, such as STCW Basic Safety Training or STCW Advanced Firefighting.
• Proficient in using vessel management software, GPS tracking systems, and other relevant maritime tools.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid sea-going experience and knowledge of maritime operations.
