In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, from managing daily tasks to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee food and beverage preparation and service to ensure quality and consistency.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.,Assist in inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Support the manager in training and developing new staff members.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food safety standards.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
