📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's learning and development goals.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to understand the learning needs of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
