📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with K3 and SMK3 standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety considerations into project planning and execution.,Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection records, and training materials.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in workplace safety.,Represent the company at safety-related meetings, conferences, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in K3 and SMK3 compliance and safety management.,Certification in K3 and SMK3 standards, such as ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to workplace safety.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining safety programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with safety management software and tools is a plus.
