📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.,Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Assist in the training and development of junior cooks.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and waste.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that all ingredients are stocked appropriately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality meals.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
