📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs,Provide guidance and support to junior instructors,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals,Mentor and coach employees on job-related skills and knowledge,Evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training and development software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
