Duta Hendra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment for our coffee processing and packaging operations. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment for coffee processing and packaging operations.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new equipment and systems.,Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems and breakdowns in existing equipment and systems.,Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing processes.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes used in coffee processing and packaging.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering software is a plus.
