📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patient conditions.,Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.,Monitor and record patient vital signs and health data.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., BNSP).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards.
