📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented shop.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the shop tidy.,Assist in inventory management and restocking products.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local culture is preferred.,Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
