In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our workforce and the integrity of our projects. With a focus on Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to some of Bali's most prestigious construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that comply with local and international standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and contractors.,Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into project planning and execution.,Promote a strong safety culture within the team and encourage open communication about safety concerns.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.🛠️ Keahlian
