🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director or similar role in the healthtech or AI industry, with a track record of driving sales growth and revenue maximization.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and the AI-driven healthtech sector.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative commercial strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience working with AI and healthtech products and services, with a deep understanding of their potential and limitations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree or relevant certification in AI, healthtech, or a related field preferred.
