📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from airline clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Assist with the processing of bookings, cancellations, and changes to airline tickets.
• Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and other airline services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
