In this role, you'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to analyze patient data, develop and implement casemix classification models, and ensure compliance with national and international standards. You'll also collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to drive efficiency and improve patient outcomes. With your expertise, you'll help Bundamedik achieve its mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to millions of Indonesians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the casemix classification system, ensuring accurate patient case grouping and resource allocation.
• Analyze patient data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in casemix classification.
• Develop and implement casemix classification models, working closely with data analysts and clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards for casemix classification, such as those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to drive efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting the impact of casemix classification on financial sustainability and healthcare delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in casemix classification, attending conferences, workshops, and training programs as needed.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in casemix classification, healthcare finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of casemix classification principles, methodologies, and tools, such as DRGs (Diagnosis Related Groups), DRGs Indonesia, and case mix index (CMI).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Certification in healthcare finance, casemix classification, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
