• Design and implement eco-efficient operational frameworks that minimize environmental impact and maximize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy sustainable operational strategies.
• Leverage expertise in green building standards, energy management, and waste reduction to create operational models that are both efficient and environmentally responsible.
• Conduct energy audits and develop energy-saving measures to reduce carbon footprint.
• Implement waste management systems and promote recycling initiatives to minimize waste generation.
• Monitor and report on the environmental performance of operational activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sustainable operations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on sustainable practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainable operations, green building, or energy management.
• Certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and EnergyPlus.
• Strong understanding of ISO 14001 and other environmental management systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
