In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales and profitability. You will work with suppliers to source high-quality materials and ensure that our production processes are efficient and cost-effective. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that our products are available to meet customer demand.

• Provide training and support to junior merchandisers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, product development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices.
• Experience with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
