As a Baker at Iwan Brothers, you will work in our state-of-the-art bakery, using top-of-the-line equipment like our commercial ovens, dough mixers, and proofing cabinets. Your daily tasks will include preparing dough, baking a variety of bread and pastries, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You will also have the chance to work on special orders and create custom birthday cakes for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, sweet pastries, cakes, and custom birthday cakes using commercial equipment.
• Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent and high-quality products.
• Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and baking processes.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery.
• Work with the team to meet daily production targets.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
• Take on special orders and create custom birthday cakes.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure timely delivery of products to stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with commercial bakery software, such as Baker’s Edge or BakeWorks.
• Ability to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian baking standards and regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
