📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide onsite IT support to our branch offices, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of IT systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring business continuity.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including network security, data backup, and system updates.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade IT systems and solutions.
• Train and assist staff on the use of IT tools and systems.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide proactive support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on onsite support.
• Proven experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
