As an IT Technical Support Specialist at Lean Solutions Group, you'll be at the heart of our technology operations. Daily, you'll handle a variety of technical issues, from hardware and software problems to network and security concerns. You'll work with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop software to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop software.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth technology operations.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Offer training and guidance to end-users on technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain network security and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
