📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.
• Design and implement development programs, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to align development initiatives with organizational goals.
• Measure the impact of development programs using relevant metrics and data.
• Provide leadership and support to employees undergoing development programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the organization's talent management strategy.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing development programs.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in Organizational Development or a related field is a plus.
